2. Why did you start your skincare line?

Distinctive Images Luxury Skincare was born from my personal journey with psoriasis, eczema, and vitiligo. After years of using prescription steroids and heavy ointments with little lasting improvement, I began researching botanical ingredients and natural skincare. What started as a personal search for better skincare grew into a passion for creating handcrafted products for others to enjoy.

With daily use, an 8-ounce jar typically lasts several weeks, depending on how much is applied.

Each soap is handcrafted and individually poured, cut, and finished. Slight variations in color, swirl patterns, and appearance make every bar one of a kind. While every bar maintains our exacting standards of premium quality, subtle natural variations highlight their unique handcrafted origin.

12. Can I use artisan soap on my face?

Some customers choose to use our soaps on their face. Because facial skin is often more delicate, we recommend selecting a gentle variety and performing a patch test before regular use.

17. How long does shipping take?

We normally process and prepare your orders for shipment within 3 to 5 business days.  Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier. 

18. Do you accept returns?

Thank you so much for shopping with us! We want you to love your skincare journey, but because these products are so personal, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Yes, we do! We love partnering with boutiques, gift shops, salons, spas, and other retailers. To get started, please reach out to us to request our latest wholesale catalog and order details.
Shipping & Tracking: Once your wholesale order ships, we will send you a confirmation email complete with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Damaged Items: Your satisfaction and partnership matter to us. Because these are wholesale orders, all sales are generally final. However, if your items arrive damaged or there is an error with your delivery, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

At Distinctive Images™ Luxury Skincare, we intentionally create in small batches to preserve the luxurious quality of every piece. Proper care helps preserve the texture, appearance, fragrance, and overall experience of your products.

Artisan Soap

Help your soap last longer.

After each use, allow your artisan soap to dry completely. Store it on a draining soap dish or soap saver that allows air to circulate and water to drain away from the bar.

Avoid leaving the soap sitting in standing water or in a constantly wet area, as excess moisture can cause the bar to soften more quickly.

Because each bar is handcrafted, natural variations in color, texture, and design may occur. These variations are part of the character of artisan soap and do not affect its intended use.

Care Tip: Allow the bar to dry between uses for the best experience and longer-lasting use.

WHIPPED BODY BUTTER

Protect the texture. Enjoy the richness.

Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and massage gently until absorbed. For an especially luxurious moisturizing experience, apply after bathing while skin is still slightly damp.

Because our whipped body butters contain natural butters, temperature can affect their texture. Store your body butter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Exposure to high temperatures may soften or melt the product and can change its original whipped texture. If this occurs, the product may remain usable, but its whipped consistency may change.

Always use clean, dry hands when dispensing product to help maintain its quality.

Care Tip: Keep your body butter away from heat and sunlight to help preserve its beautiful whipped texture.

SHOWER GEL

Keep it fresh and ready for your next shower.

Keep the container closed when not in use and store it in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

During use, avoid allowing excess water to enter the container. Keep the bottle, pump, or cap clean and dry between uses.

Dispense the desired amount onto wet skin, a washcloth, or bath sponge and massage gently. Rinse thoroughly.

Care Tip: Keeping the container closed and the dispensing area clean helps maintain the quality of your shower gel.

BODY OIL

A little goes a long way.

Apply a small amount of body oil to clean, slightly damp skin and massage gently until absorbed. Using body oil after bathing can help leave skin feeling soft, smooth, and nourished.

Store your body oil upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use and avoid allowing water to enter the bottle or contact the dropper.

Care Tip: Apply sparingly and massage thoroughly into the skin for a silky, lightweight finish.
